Questions before your first class?
Is the first class free?
Yes. Your first class is free. Just book online or via WhatsApp and come see the mat.
Do I need experience or to be in good shape?
No. We have fundamentals classes for beginners, and every student progresses at their own pace with guidance from the coaches.
From what age can kids train?
At Anchieta, kids classes start from age 3, grouped by age.
What should I bring to the trial class?
A clean white gi and a black rash guard. No gi? You can rent one at the front desk.
Are there gi and no-gi classes?
Yes. The schedule has gi and no-gi classes throughout the week.
